11:37 AM EST - AltaGas Ltd. : Announced that it has agreed to issue an aggregate $450 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes as follows. $200 million medium-term notes with a coupon rate of 3.98 percent, maturing on October 4, 2027; and $250 million medium-term notes with a coupon rate of 4.99 percent, maturing on October 4, 2047.
