09:56 AM EST - BNK Petroleum Inc. : announced that it has entered into a deal with Canaccord Capital as lead underwriter on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters. Under the deal, underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis, 11 million common shares of the company at a price of $1.85 per common share. The company said gross proceeds of the offering would be $20.35 million. BNK Petroleum Inc.
shares T.BKX are trading down 11 cents at $1.89.
