Second quarter net income attributable to equity holders from continuing operations was $65.2 million ($0.24 per share) compared to $48.3 million ($0.18 per share) last year. Excluding the gain on the divestiture of the Zhuhai Flight Training Centre (ZFTC), net income in the second quarter would have been $58.2 million ($0.22 per share). CAE Inc.
