09:50 AM EST - Reunion Gold Corporation : Announced that Barrick Gold Corporation has agreed to purchase, by way of private placement, 48 million common shares of Reunion at a price of $0.19 per share for gross proceeds of $9,120,000. The financing is expected to close on or about November 30, following which Barrick will own approximately 15% of Reunion's issued and outstanding Shares on a non-diluted basis.
