10:45 AM EST - ARIUS Research Inc. : said it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Roche Holding AG in an all-cash transaction for about $191 million. The acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2008. ARIUS Research Inc.
