09:46 AM EST - Kinross Gold Corp. : and Aurelian Resources Inc. have struck an agreement for Kinross to take over Aurelian in an all-stock transaction valued at $1.2 billion. The companies announced Thursday that each Aurelian share is to exchanged for 0.317 of a Kinross common share and 0.1429 of a five-year warrant to buy a share at $32.00. Kinross Gold Corp.
shares T.K are trading off 91 cents at $19.93.
