10:01 AM EST - Block One Capital Inc. : Has successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement of 10,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $1.00 per Unit for gross proceeds of $10,000,000. Each Unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one additional Share at a price of $1.50 for a period of two years from the date of closing. In the event that the Shares trade at a closing price of greater than $2.50 per Share for 10 consecutive trading days, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to the 30th day after the date on which it provides notice of acceleration.
