12:03 PM EST - National Bank : reported Wednesday that fourth-quarter profit roses 6 percent to $220 million, up from a year-earlier $207 million, as it experienced growth in its personal and commercial banking and financial markets businesses. The Montreal-based bank said it earnings amounted to $1.31 per diluted share, up 9 percent from $1.20. Total revenues grew 6 percent to $984 million from $931 million in the same quarter a year earlier. Total annual revenues were $3.8 billion, compared with a year-earlier $3.7 billion. National Bank
