01:24 PM EST - MedReleaf Corp. : Announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. and GMP Securities L.P., pursuant to which the Underwriters will purchase, on a bought deal basis pursuant to the filing of a short form prospectus, an aggregate of 3,800,000 units of the Company at a price of $26.50 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $100.7 million. shares T.LEAF are trading down $3.02 at $26.18.
