The Company has successfully placed 60,587,500 Ordinary Shares. in the Canadian portion of the Placing, raising gross proceeds of CAD$3,635,250. When combined with the £7 million announced on December 19, 2017, the Company has raised a total of £9.2 million, an increase on the previously announced quantum of £8.5 million.
