12:34 PM EST - Newfoundland Capital Corp. : said its subsidiary Newcap Inc. signed an agreement with Haliburton Broadcasting Group Inc. to acquire 12 FM radio-broadcasting licenses in Ontario for $18.95 million. The assets include stations in Muskoka, North Bay and Timmins, Ontario, the company noted. Newfoundland Capital Corp.
