10:02 AM EST - Talisman Energy Inc. : has reported second-quarter net earnings of $426 million, off from a year-ago bottom line of $550 million which was augmented by asset sales. The international oil and gas producer said Tuesday its earnings from continuing operations increased 167 percent to $846 million, its best ever, as revenue swelled to $3.16 billion from $1.92 billion thanks to high prices. shares T.TLM are trading off 22 cents at $17.92.
