10:15 AM EST - Ballard Power Systems : has reported a second-quarter loss of US$13.5 million, deepening from $11.1 million a year earlier as revenue declined 14 percent to $12.4 million. The fuel-cell developer, reporting in U.S. dollars, said the net loss was worth 16 cents per share, compared with 10 cents per share in the year-ago quarter, when revenue was $14.3 million.
