04:41 PM EST - Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. : has launched a $75.6-million bid to buy the remaining stake of London's Advent Capital (Holdings) PLC it doesn't already own. The Toronto-based financial services company said Tuesday it is offering 165 pence per Advent share, which values Advent at about 67 million pounds or $135.8 million. Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd.
shares T.FFH are trading off $1.75 at $258.00.
