04:06 PM EST - TMX Group Inc. : has reported a 26 percent increase in second-quarter net profit to $49.2 million as the financial market operator's revenue rose 22 percent over a year ago to $130.1 million. The former TSX Group, renamed after its May 1 combination with the Montreal Exchange, reported earnings per share of 65 cents, up from $39.1 million or 57 cents per share in the April-June period of last year, when revenue was $106.4 million.
