09:55 AM EST - Savary Gold Corp. : Plans to extend the expiry dates of 28,350,000 outstanding share purchase warrants that were issued pursuant to a private placement completed in March 2015. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.08 per share for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance which expires on March 20, 2018. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange final approval, the expiration of these Warrants will be extended to September 20, 2018. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same. Savary Gold Corp.
