10:09 AM EST - Enbridge Inc. : has reported second-quarter earnings applicable to common shareholders of $657.7 million, up from $146.5 million a year ago thanks to a $556.1-million after-tax gain on the sale of its interest in a Spanish pipeline operator. Revenue swelled 42 percent over the April-June period of 2007, to $3.87 billion from $2.73 billion. Enbridge Inc.
