Highlights: Nuuvera Inc. will be renamed Aphria International Inc. and remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aphria. In Canada, Aphria will assume management of Nuuvera's Canadian assets, including ARA-Avanti RX Analytics Inc., the only Canadian cannabis GMP-certified lab, and existing relationships and supply agreements in the Maritimes.
