10:47 AM EST - Lithium Chile Inc. : Has, subject to TSX Venture Exchange Inc. final approval, closed the third and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the Corporation, pursuant to which, Lithium Chile issued an aggregate of 134,000 Units for gross proceeds of $134,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Corporation and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the Corporation. Each whole Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at a price of $1.50 per share expiring two years from the date of issuance. Lithium Chile Inc.
