10:33 AM EST - Agellan Commercial REIT : Has entered into a binding agreement to lease with Shoppers Realty Inc., extending 133,000 square feet of their existing leased space at Parkway Place in Toronto for a further term of 10 years at rental rates comparable with their existing lease.
