03:58 PM EST - Scorpio Mining Corp. : said Scorpio Gold Corp., a 93.5% owned private subsidiary of Scorpio Mining, signed a Letter of Intent with Cincoro Gold Corp. whereby Cincoro will purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Scorpio Gold. Following the LoI, Cincoro agreed to consolidate its shares on a 3 to 1 basis or three pre-consolidated shares for each one post-consolidated share prior to the completion of the Transaction.
