10:58 AM EST - GeneNews Limited : Has entered into a Convertible Security Funding Agreement with Lind Asset Management XI, LLC for up to $7.5 million in convertible securities. Negotiation of an agreement was disclosed on May 16. Under the terms of the Agreement, Lind will advance $2 million, less a closing fee of $100,000, in consideration for the issuance by the Company of a convertible security with a face value of $2.4 million which is expected to occur on or around June 7, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions. Lind can increase the funding under the First Convertible Security by an additional $1,000,000 during its 30-month term. GeneNews Limited
