On February 16, the company announced a three-tranche private placement of 10,905,212 Units at a price of $0.924 per Unit for total gross proceeds of approximately $10,076,416 to Alberta Green Ventures Limited Partnership. Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one-third of one Common Share purchase warrant, and each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share at an exercise price of $1.20 for 12 months from closing of the first tranche of the Private Placement. The first tranche of the Private Placement was completed on February 16, and the company received approximately $4,310,500 in connection with the issuance of 4,665,043 Units.
