10:01 AM EST - Arsenal Energy Inc. : has signed a deal to acquire Geocan Energy Inc. in a agreement worth $47.2 million in cash, stock and debt, the companies said Thursday. Under the deal, Arsenal will pay 70 cents or 0.81 of an Arsenal share for each Geocan share with a maximum of $30 million in cash available. Arsenal Energy Inc.
shares T.AEI are trading unchanged at $0.82.
