12:22 PM EST - The Stars Group Inc. : Announced today the upsizing and pricing by Stars Group Holdings B.V. and Stars Group (U.S.) Co-Borrower, LLC, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes, which represents an increase of $250 million from the previously announced offering size. The notes will be issued at par, bear interest at a rate of 7.0% per annum and mature on July 15, 2026. The Notes Offering is expected to close on or about July 10, 2018. The Stars Group Inc.
