12:03 PM EST - Western Financial Group : said Monday its consolidated revenue rose to $34.4 million in second quarter, up 29 per cent from $26.6 million a year earlier. Net income increased to $5.8 million, or 8 cents per diluted share, up from $4.1 million, or 7 cents per share, for the quarter ended June 30. Western Financial Group
