On August 2, Claim Post completed a non-brokered private placement of 130,000,000 common shares of Claim Post. Mr. Assman did not participate in the Private Placement. However, after giving effect to the number of common shares of Claim Post issued under the Private Placement, the holdings of Mr. Assman decreased to less than 10% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Claim Post on a non-diluted basis.
