Adjusted EBITDA was $38.5 million or $1.04 per share for the second quarter of 2018, a 20% increase over the prior-year comparative quarter with revenue for the second quarter of $147.6 million, a 19% increase over the prior-year comparative quarter. Adjusted EBITDA and revenue for the second quarter were both record levels for Badger. Net profit for the second quarter of 2018 was $10.6 million or $0.29 per share compared to net profit of $14.7 million or $0.40 per share in the prior year comparative quarter.
