10:03 AM EST - Avivagen Inc. : Has entered into a Sales and Distribution Agreement with Dennis Fowler for Vivamune within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The agreement is for a minimum of six months, and includes the cities of Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and Milton. Fowler’s compensation will be commission based and includes a retainer, the latter which shall be funded through commission sales once agreed sales targets are achieved. Avivagen Inc.
