12:19 PM EST - Garda World Security Corp. : has acquired Kroll Security International of London, a global specialist in executive protection, for an undisclosed price. As part of the transaction, parent company Kroll Inc. will sign a service agreement with Garda for all its executive protection and kidnap and ransom service needs, Montreal-based Garda said Thursday. Kroll Inc. is a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. Garda World Security Corp.
shares T.GW are trading up 31 cents at $20.91.
