09:56 AM EST - SilverBirch Inc. : announced that Lighthouse Interactive has signed a publisher licence deal with Nintendo to publish and develop products on Wii and Nintendo DS platforms. SilverBirch stated that the term of the deal is three years, with the bulk of the services to be provided in the first year. During the first year, the Company would pay a monthly fee of $10 thousands. The cash compensation is in addition to the grant of stock options that was previously disclosed. SilverBirch Inc.
