09:46 AM EST - SNC-Lavalin : and Sinclair Knight Merz Joint Venture, Wednesday said they won a contract worth $92 million to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services for the major sustaining projects for Rio Tinto Alcan's 550,000 tpa Boyne Smelter in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. The contract follows a detailed feasibility study completed by the Joint Venture in December 2007. SNC-Lavalin
