03:24 PM EST - Petaquilla Copper Ltd. : has accepted a revised $330-million offer from Inmet Mining Corp., setting the stage for a takeover that will push forward the development of a major copper project in Panama. Under the revised offer, shareholders of Vancouver-based PTC will be entitled to $2.20 in cash per common share. Petaquilla Copper Ltd.
