The Company entered into a loan agreement with Taiga on December 26, 2018 to borrow $500,000 U.S. The loan is unsecured with a term of five years. Interest is calculated on a simple interest basis at a rate of 8% per annum. Any unpaid balance of the loan and accrued interest is repayable on or before December 26, 2023.
