11:05 AM EST - Nevsun Resources Ltd. : Announced Friday that Zijin Mining Group has acquired an aggregate number of 276,820,575 common shares of Nevsun Resources Ltd. representing approximately 89.37% of all issued and outstanding common shares of Nevsun have been deposited and not withdrawn under the offer to purchase all of the Nevsun Shares for $6.00 per Nevsun Share satisfying the minimum tender requirements under Canadian securities laws.
