04:00 PM EST - ClientLogic Corp. : a unit of Canadian conglomerate Onex Corp., said it raised its cash offer price for Sitel Corp. by 20 cents to $4.25 per share. The new price is a 1.92 percent premium to Friday's closing price of $4.17 on the New York Stock Exchange. It is a 37.5 percent premium to the average closing price over the last 30 trading days, the companies said in a joint statement. ClientLogic Corp.
