09:48 AM EST - Restaurant Brands International Inc. : Announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend increase to $0.50 per common share and partnership exchangeable unit for the first quarter of 2019 and the Company also announced it is targeting $2.00 in dividends per common share and partnership exchangeable unit in 2019, compared to $1.80 in 2018.
