04:02 PM EST - Oro Silver Resources Ltd. : through its 100% owned subsidiary Minera Oro Silver de Mexico S.A. de C.V., has executed a Binding Letter of Intent which establishes the terms of an option to purchase six concessions from Exploraciones Del Altiplano S.A de C.V. The acquisition terms require Oro Mexico to pay US$10 thousand and 75 thousand common shares of Oro Silver within 10 business days after the signing of the LOI, followed by cash payments totaling US$1.48 million over a 4 year period and to make work expenditures on the concessions totaling US$1 million and to conduct 1,000m of drilling over the 4 year period.
