12:26 PM EST - Shaw Communications : shares were lower after the Canadian Radio Television Telecommunications Commission renewed the operating licences for Canada's second-largest cable company for only two years. The unusual move came as the CRTC said Shaw has breached at least two rules, including dropping or reassigning channels to other spots on the dial without properly warning the networks involved.
