Portal Resources will acquire, the Golden Snow property, Fish Project and CPG Product. According to the terms of the renewable ten year option agreement, Portal Resources has to make a total cash advance royalty payments of US$10 thousand on the first anniversary, US$15 thousand on the second, US$20 thousand on the third, US$25 thousand on the fourth and US$30 thousand on the fifth and each subsequent anniversary date to maintain the option in good standing.
