12:30 PM EST - Laurentian Bank : reported Tuesday its fourth quarter profit edged higher on rising interest income. The Montreal-based bank said it earned $22.6 million or 84 cents a diluted share for the three months ended Oct. 31. That compared with earnings of $21.6 million or 79 cents a share for the fourth quarter of 2005. Total revenue for the fourth quarter rose to $134.8 million from $133.8 million. Laurentian Bank
