03:11 PM EST - NovaGold Resources Inc. : is selling its stake in the Ambler copper-zinc project in Alaska to Mantra Mining Inc. in $20-million stock deal that makes the gold miner Mantra's biggest shareholder. Under the deal announced Tuesday, Mantra will acquire Nova Gold's 51 percent stake in Ambler, along with NovaGold's early-stage base metal properties in Alaska for 6.25 million common shares at a current market value of $10 million.
