10:01 AM EST - International Gold Mining Ltd. : said it signed a letter of intent or LoI to enter into an agreement with listed Atomic Resources to Joint Venture into five uranium tenements totaling 846 square kilometers in the East African Republic of Tanzania. Under the terms of the agreement, International Gold Mining Limited has to spend $350 thousand in exploration over twelve months to earn a 51% interest in the tenements and spend further $350 thousand on exploration over the second year to earn 29% interest in the tenements.
