12:11 PM EST - Adriana Resources Inc. : Goldbard Capital Corp. and Adriana Resources Inc. said they signed a letter of intent, in which Goldbard will acquire MIE Metals Corp., a subsidiary of Adriana. According to the transaction, Goldbard will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of MIE in exchange for the issuance to the shareholder of MIE of an aggregate of 8 million common shares of Goldbard at a deemed price of $0.75 per Goldbard common share, for total consideration of $6 million.
