Revenues of $305.3 million for the first quarter of 2019, compared to $312.7 million in the first quarter of 2018, a decrease of 2.4%. Net income attributable to common shareholders of $23.7 million or $0.27 per common share in the first quarter of 2019, compared to a loss attributable to common shareholders of $6.3 million or $0.07 per common share in the first quarter of 2018. Net income in the first quarter of 2019 included a pre-tax gain on the sale of the specialty and organic soy and corn business of $45.6 million. SunOpta Inc.
