09:44 AM EST - EPCOR Power L.P. : and EPCOR Power Equity Ltd., a subsidiary of EPCOR Power L.P. announced a definitive agreement to acquire 100% equity interest in Morris Cogeneration LLC for US$77 million from Diamond Generating Corporation and MIC Nebraska Inc., subsidiaries of Mitsubishi Corp. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2008. EPCOR Power L.P.
shares T.EP.UN are trading unchanged at $21.92.
