12:40 PM EST - Husky Energy Inc. : said on Thursday it had acquired two blocks offshore Labrador and has committed to spend more than $130 million on the projects. The company said it acquired a 75 percent of block 3 covering 233,712 hectares at a work commitment of about $120.2 million at a Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board land sale. The company also acquired 100 percent of block 1 covering 236, 981 hectares for a work commitment of about $10.2 million. Husky Energy Inc.
