03:46 PM EST - Plazacorp Retail Properties Ltd. : on Tuesday said that it has sold a 50% interest in Tacoma Centre located in Dartmouth Nova Scotia to Kimco Realty Corp., for $9.4 million, in cash and through the assumption of debt. Under the terms of the transaction, the company will retain the remaining 50% ownership interest in the property. Plazacorp Retail Properties Ltd.
shares V.PLZ are trading down 7 cents at $3.10.
