10:30 AM EST - MTY Food Group Inc. : said its subsidiary MTY Tiki Ming Enterprises Inc. signed a binding agreement with Ken Pattenden and Aarol Pattenden of Taco Time Canada Inc. of Calgary, Alberta to purchase all of the business assets of Taco Time Canada Inc. MTY Tiki will also undertake the Vendor's exclusive Canadian franchising rights of Taco Time in Canada pursuant to a master franchise agreement with Kahala Franchise Corp. of Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, for an all cash undisclosed amount.
