04:11 PM EST - Arius Research Inc. : announced that its shareholders and warrant holders approved the proposed takeover by Roche Holding AG. The transaction is subject to final Court approval on September 19, and is expected to close shortly after obtaining Court approval and upon the satisfaction of certain closing conditions. As per the agreement, Roche will acquire Arius in an all-cash transaction at a price of about $191 million or $2.44 per share. Arius Research Inc.
